Overview

Responsibilities

As Backoffice employee you handle daily communication with customers. You monitor delivery times, coordinate with leasing companies, schedule registrations, deliveries and handovers, transmit service orders to the workshop, verify leasing confirmations, and serve large customers as the central contact. The entire administration of leasing contracts – from order to vehicle return – is under your responsibility.

Qualifications

• Professional, service-oriented attitude and enjoyment of customer collaboration
• Experience in the automotive industry or a comparable commercial environment
• Structured work style and ability to set priorities and shape processes actively
• Strong communication, reliability, confident appearance
• Willingness to take responsibility and work closely with the team
