- Project coordination: You coordinate scientific collaborations, Investigator Initiated Trials, and smaller international research projects with external partners and universities.
- Contractor management: You manage external contractors and service providers, oversee contract-related matters, and help ensure smooth budget tracking.
- Event organization: You plan and coordinate virtual and on-site events such as advisory boards, international congress appearances, and exchange meetings with subsidiaries.
- Database and quality management: You maintain databases, FAQs, product information, SOPs, and training documentation while supporting quality control and compliance with standardized processes.
- Administrative support: You conduct internet research, prepare presentations and meeting minutes, and organize travel arrangements and other administrative activities independently.

- Professional qualifications: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience:Ideally you bring experience in assistant, coordination, or project management roles, butthis position is also open to career starters who are eager to grow. Experience in an international setting or having lived abroad is an asset.
- Skills and competencies:You are confident in using MS Office tools and bring project coordination skills as well as experience in administrative processes.
- Personal strengths:You stand out through your reliability, accountability, and structured way of working while remaining flexible when unexpected situations arise. With VIPs and senior stakeholders, you interact confidently and professionally.
- Language Proficiency:You communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and German.
