- Support development projects in the field of cosmetics texture and formulation development
- Prepare and manufacture cosmetic formulations in the laboratory, including: Weighing and handling raw materials, producing formulations using ultrasonic equipment, filling and labeling test samples fpr internal evaluations and customer presentations.
- Select, source, and manage raw materials required for formulation development
- Create and mantain formulations and recipes within SAP
- Evaluate, document, and report experimental results and development activities
- Perform instrumental analyses of formulations using techniques suchs as rheology and VISIA imaging systems
- Assist with laboratory organization and general operational activities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including process development and production
- collage degree with a major in Cosmetic Science, Food Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmacy. Biology, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physical Chemistry, Related scientific fields
- Initial laboratory experience and a strong interest in hands-on laboratory work and cosmetic products.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Good command of English and German, both written and spoken.
