The impact you will create:
- You will lead, mentor and coach a team of mobile developers, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- You will facilitate team meetings, spring planning, operational reviews and retrospectives.
- You will take part in technical discussions, manage project timelines, ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- You will work in close collaboration with the product owner for defining features and road maps.
- You will contribute to the design and architecture of mobile applications, ensuring stability, performance and maintainability.
- You will work in a cross country team including product, design, QA and back-end development.
- You will have growth and innovation as a point when fostering culture and people development.
Experience and skills you will need:
- You have hands-on experience in developing and deploying native mobile applications for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java).
- A strong understanding of mobile architectures patterns and best practices is essential.
- You have experience in leading and mentoring mobile development teams, including performance management, task delegation and fostering collaborative environment.
- You demonstrate ability to analyse complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- It would be considered a bonus if there is previous experience in a product organisation.
