Develop and motivate the technical team to ensure high-quality work and workplace safety. Monitor and inspect all technical systems, including: Heating systems Ventilation systems Air conditioning systems Electrical installations Indoor swimming pools Refrigeration and cooling systems Machinery and equipment Ensure all systems comply with applicable safety standards and legal regulations. Initiate and organize repairs, as well as general maintenance and upkeep work. Work closely with contractors, service providers, suppliers, directors, and general managers.
