Overview
In this role you will serve as a SETA engagement representative, delivering national systems support for operations and joint exercises. You will advise senior leaders on integrating national systems into theater architecture and coordinate solutions with the NRO to address CCMD needs. You’ll act as a technical SME across multiple intelligence disciplines, driving strategic messaging, user-support processes, and engagement planning with the IC and DOD. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to educate users, track requirements, and develop end‑to‑end solutions for high‑priority government challenges. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Serve as SETA engagement representative for national systems support during operations and major exercises
- Advise AFRICOM senior leaders on integration of national systems into theater architecture
- Identify issues and advocate for customer support solutions aligned with AFRICOM mission
- Coordinate with NRO headquarters to resolve operations problems and communicate future requirements
- Participate in working groups and boards as technical SME across multiple intelligence disciplines
- Execute NRO strategic messaging, user needs tracking, and customer relationship management
- Support Signals Intelligence capabilities and SIGINT architecture offices
- Apply SIGINT analysis, systems, tools, databases, reporting, and collection management experience
- Evaluate national and commercial space data effectiveness to support CCMD objectives
- Communicate CCMD activities, intelligence shortfalls, and priorities to NRO and coordinate solutions
- Provide strategic planning and senior staff support across the NRO enterprise
- Plan and execute engagements across the IC leveraging NRO domain expertise
- Educate users on systems, capabilities, tools, and corporate strategies
- Coordinate NRO training based on CCMD priorities
- Propose and assist with integrated end-to-end solutions for IC problems, drafting action plans
- Engage across the IC using customer domain expertise across disciplines
- Investigate the effectiveness of space data to support user operations and exercise planning
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of related professional experience
- TS/SCI clearance with Poly
- In-depth SIGINT operational experience
- Strong knowledge of NRO tools
- Experience with multi-integration and TCPED processes
- Broad understanding of the NRO enterprise and capabilities
- Self-motivated with strong technical and leadership background; diplomacy under pressure
- Excellent written and oral communication with IC and DOD personnel and contractors
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Proficiency with NRO tools (e.g., BŌDHI, FADE/MIST, THRESHER, ChatSurfer)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
