This is an ultra rare opportunity to working side by side with the founding team to strategically and commercially lead/drive the company through their next phase of growth. This is a late co-founder role so having an entrepreneurial, 'roll-up-your sleeves' mindset is absolutely crucial. Role responsibilities: Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth plan. Lead, develop and grow both the operational and scientific teams. Oversee operations, ensuring high-quality bioanalytical services and regulatory compliance (GLP). Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and investor relations. Identify opportunities for market expansion, partnerships and licensing agreements. Role requirements: PhD or MSc educated (minimum) in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacology etc. Experienced c-suite or senior executive with a proven track record of successfully scaling a business. Previous experience working in Agriscience, Pharma or a CRO is essential. Experience with fundraising and investor relations is desirable. Strong understanding of GLP regulations is highly preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. You must posses an entrepreneurial, agile and open-minded mindset. Fluent German and English.
