Scientific & Strategic Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin

SCIRENT Clinical Research and Science is seeking a Scientific & Strategic Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin. We are looking for a professional with experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, MedTech or clinical research environment who combines a strong interest in scientific and clinical topics with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A background in medicine, natural sciences or life sciences, as well as previous experience in strategic partnerships, business development or key account management, would be an advantage.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Scientific & Partnership Office of the Management
• Research and identify potential Pharma, Biotech and MedTech partners
• Identify relevant companies, decision-makers and contacts
• Proactively approach new companies and potential partners
• Organize, prepare and follow up on business and partnership meetings
• Support initial discussions with potential partners and increasingly conduct initial discussions and capabilities meetings independently
• Prepare presentations and materials for business and partner meetings
• Support the preparation of congresses, conferences and partner meetings
• Maintain and further develop existing KOL, partner and client networks
• Work closely with the existing Business Development & Sales team

Your Profile

• Professional experience in Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, CRO or clinical research
• Ideally, an academic background in medicine, natural sciences, life sciences or a related field
• Strong interest in scientific, clinical and commercial topics
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident and professional presence when interacting with external partners and clients
• Proactive and structured way of working
• Very good English skills
• Willingness to work regularly from our Berlin office
• Willingness to travel for selected partner meetings, congresses and industry events

An Advantage

• Previous experience in Strategic Partnerships, Business Development or Key Account Management
• Experience working with KOLs and scientific stakeholders
• An existing professional network within the Life Sciences industry
