Independent order processing from quotation preparation to invoicing
Handling service and customer inquiries (national and international) via email and telephone
Interface between sales, logistics, accounting and other internal departments
Maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP/CRM system
Supporting the sales team with evaluations, as well as assisting with trade fair preparations and similar tasks.
Assistance with the handling of complaints and their internal coordination
Preparation of analyses and reports for management
Your profile
Completed commercial training (e.g. apprenticeship, HAK, HAS or comparable)
Previous professional experience in internal sales / order processing / customer service is an advantage.
Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with customers
Structured, independent and precise work style, as well as assistant and organizational talent.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP/inventory management systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.
Teamwork skills, reliability and willingness to pitch in in a dynamic environment
