Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design, implement, test, and maintain Python and Docker-based components on a web platform
- Develop front-end and back-end features for task orchestration systems
- Build and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure cloud
- Support statistical modelling workflows and large-scale computations
- Collaborate with IT, data, and architecture teams to automate processes and handle incidents
- Translate quantitative and business needs into robust technical solutions
- Contribute to integration of Risk Modeling Platform with strategic data platforms
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years in building complex, scalable web applications
- Hands-on cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Quantitative or analytical background with risk modelling concepts
- Proficiency in Git and DevOps standards
- Thorough knowledge of Python and Docker
- Experience with statistical models, risk modelling platforms, or model execution frameworks
- Strong OOP, FP & SOLID design principles
- Experience with SCRUM or Agile methodologies
- Several years in Financial Services, preferably Insurance/Reinsurance
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good communication with IT and Business
- Fast learner and team player
- Interest in learning new technologies
- Knowledge of big data applications (Spark, Databricks) and Databricks usage for large-scale model execution is a strong advantage
