Working in a fast-paced environment, the role combines executive assistance, coordination, and operational support across SCOR’s global Risk Management function. /p pThe Executive Assistant anticipates needs, manages priorities with accuracy, and enables effective collaboration across a broad network of stakeholders. The role requires a highly reliable and proactive individual who is comfortable working independently, exercises sound judgment with limited guidance, and demonstrates strong self-management, ownership, and organizational skills. /p pThe Executive Assistant also leverages digital tools and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and continuously improve ways of working. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbExecutive Support and Priority Management /b /p ul liManage the Group CRO's complex and dynamic calendar. /li liAct as a trusted gatekeeper and prioritize competing demands. /li liCoordinate executive correspondence and monitor key action items. /li /ul pPrepare executive briefings, presentations, and meeting materials. /p pbStakeholder and Relationship Management /b /p ul liServe as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. /li liFacilitate communication and coordination across global teams. /li /ul pDemonstrate professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgment. /p pbTeam Integration and Operational Coordination /b /p ul liParticipate in leadership meetings and track actions and decisions. /li liSupport offsites, workshops, Risk Connect calls, and engagement activities. /li liContribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. /li /ul pProvide operational support across the Risk Management function. /p pbBudget, Vendor and Administrative Management /b /p ul liSupport budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting. /li liProcess invoices, expenses, and vendor documentation. /li liTrack budget utilization. /li /ul pCoordinate travel, accommodation, visas, and logistics. /p pbDigital, Technology and AI Enablement /b /p ul liUtilize Copilot, AI tools, and automation solutions. /li liStreamline processes through digital workflows. /li liSupport AI-assisted meeting summaries, dashboards, and action tracking. /li liStay informed on emerging technologies while maintaining confidentiality standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExtensive experience supporting a C-level executive, Executive Committee member, or equivalent senior leader in an international organization. /li liProven discretion, professionalism, and integrity handling confidential information. /li liStrong organizational and prioritization skills. /li liExcellent written and verbal English communication skills. /li liAbility to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint). /li liExperience with AI-supported productivity tools. /li liStrong project coordination and organizational capabilities. /li liTeam-oriented and collaborative mindset. /li liInterest in learning risk management and reinsurance topics. /li liHigh reliability, resilience, flexibility, and sound judgment. /li liPassion for executive support and long-term career development in the profession. /li liJob Category Secretarial/Administrative Assistance /li liPosting Date 09/10/2026, 07:08 AM /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pAs a leading global reinsurer, SCOR offers its clients a diversified and innovative range of reinsurance and insurance solutions and services to control and manage risk.
