Role:
Serve as a Vaccine Customer Representative supporting customer education, clinical information dissemination, and operational needs within specified healthcare accounts.
Responsibilities:
- engage with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and health departments to promote vaccine attributes aligned with CDC guidelines;
- provide insights on patient health outcomes, marketplace dynamics, and customer feedback;
- conduct quarterly business reviews to optimize vaccine contract performance;
- assist in improving immunization rates through education and adherence to quality programs;
- develop territory-specific business plans focused on immunization targets;
- maintain comprehensive vaccine product knowledge and certifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years sales or healthcare/scientific experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years relevant experience;
- strong relationship-building, customer management, and strategic planning skills;
- ability to analyze market trends and utilize data effectively;
- valid driver’s license required.
Preferred:
- experience with vaccines;
- understanding of marketing, sales support functions;
- familiarity with healthcare delivery and payer landscapes.
