Overview As a senior financial leader, you will guide the SCOTT Group’s financial strategy to sustain growth, profitability, and liquidity. You’ll partner with the CEO, Management Committee, and Board to translate strategy into monetary objectives and actionable plans. You’ll drive value through modeling, scenario analysis, and business cases while overseeing governance, reporting, and risk management. This role offers impact across acquisitions, tax, treasury, and transformation programs within a multinational, multi-currency environment. Verantwortungsbereiche Strategic financial leadership and business partnering with executive leadership Lead financial reporting, consolidation, and governance processes for the Group Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Manage foreign exchange risk, hedging, and overall financial risk management Oversee treasury, liquidity, financing, and working capital Inventory valuation and working capital optimization in collaboration with Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Product Management Lead global tax strategy, transfer pricing, and compliance Drive finance transformation, systems, automation, and team development Zentrale Anforderungen Seasoned senior finance leader with international experience Expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting, governance, and risk management Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation in international settings Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Master in Finance, MBA, Economics or related field Swiss CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent asset Fluent in English; German and/or French advantageous Multinational and multi-currency experience Willingness to travel leadership stakeholder management strategic thinking SAP S/4HANA financial modelling scenario analysis
