This is a fixed-term position providing maternity cover and offers the opportunity to join our HR team at an exciting time of transformation and development.Mission:As an HR Business Partner, you work closely with managers and employees, supporting them in daily HR topics and helping to create a positive and well-functioning workplace. You ensure HR processes run smoothly and provide practical guidance on people-related matters.Our HR department is currently undergoing an exciting transformation, with several new initiatives and projects being launched. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to this journey, bring in your ideas, and help us further develop the way we work in HR.Your key responsibilities:Responsible for recruiting new employees and supporting them throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (excluding payroll) in the assigned departmentsCo-responsibility for personnel administration including the preparation of correspondence, contracts, letters of reference as well as illness and accident reports etc.Advise candidates, employees, and managers on a wide range of HR-related topicsEnsure the smooth execution of HR processesSupport the development of employees’ skills and competenciesAssistance in the ongoing optimization of operative HR processesActively contribute to our HR transformation and support the implementation of new HR initiatives and projectsYour profile:At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner roleCommercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with further education in Human Resources, preferably Swiss Federal Diploma HR SpecialistStrong sense of quality and a customer-focused, collaborative mindsetFluent in English, French or German is an advantageTeam-oriented, motivated, and professional #J-18808-Ljbffr
