Overview
As Team Lead of Visual Communication at Scott, you will guide a young, diverse team of graphic designers and publishers to bring the brand’s design vision to life across print and digital channels. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, especially Marketing, to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals while optimizing resources and processes. You’ll coach, mentor, and develop talent, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to shape brand systems and scale design across media, contributing to Scott’s creative impact.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead, mentor and develop the Visual Communication team across print and digital disciplines
- Plan and manage resources, prioritization, timelines and workload for the team
- Coordinate projects and act as main liaison between Visual Communication and cross-functional teams (Marketing)
- Foster collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular 1-1s and develop talent through coaching and feedback
- Ensure consistent brand and design quality across channels and assets
- Review layout, typography, visual systems and design quality against brand guidelines
- Brief, plan, and manage projects end-to-end from concept to delivery
- Meet deadlines, milestones and delivery timelines efficiently
- Coordinate requirements with print suppliers, production partners and external service providers
- Apply strong understanding of digital design requirements (responsive design) across platforms
- Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across digital touchpoints
- Contribute ideas to improve creative processes and outcomes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering on time
- Develop visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and design standards
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Lead functions are a Plus
- Strong communicator
- Proficiency with design and project management tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, O365, Wrike
- Understanding of how AI can scale content and design systems is a Plus
- Fluency in English; French or German is a Plus
