As the (Senior) Marketing Manager in our Brand Marketing Team , you will take ownership of marketing strategies and execution, with a strong focus on top-of-funnel paid media channels (offline and online) while ensuring seamless integration across all brand marketing initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, data affinity, and the ability to lead impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and sustainably enhance the visibility and recognition of our brand.
- Channel Strategy: Take ownership of channel selection and strategy , deciding which marketing channels—offline or online—are best suited to achieve brand awareness and reach objectives.
- Paid Media Strategy: Lead initiatives across paid media channels, including C-TV (Amazon Prime, DisneyPlus etc.), OOH, Radio, Online Ads (Native Ads, Direct bookings, etc.) and Barter deals .
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimize the marketing budget to achieve maximum impact across all initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging data to refine strategies and ensure efficiency.
Your Profile
- Experience: Min. 3-6+ years of experience in marketing, including a strong focus on paid media, branding and campaign management.
- Expertise: Proven knowledge of C-TV and Online Ad formats (native, direct booking, etc.), OOH, Radio.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and long-term growth.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting data to optimize campaigns and measure success.
- Languages: Fluent in English (required); proficiency in (German/local language) is a plus.
