The Company
SDDS Sàrl is a Swiss wholesaler specialising in the distribution of solutions for the connected building: home automation, intercom, access control, alarm, IoT, IT and e-mobility.
We operate under two complementary brands: swiss-domotique.ch for the general public and domo-supply.com for professionals (electricians, integrators, developers, sub-distributors, webshops, etc.).
Our portfolio includes reference brands such as Nice/Fibaro, Ajax, Akuvox, Akubela, Aqara, Home Assistant and many others. We are a recognised player in the Swiss market with over 15 years of experience in the field.
The Position
You will join the sales team to develop our network of professional B2B clients (domo-supply.com) while providing quality technical support. You are the interface between our suppliers, our products and our clients.
This position requires an average office presence of about 40% and 60% external service.
Your Responsibilities
- B2B Prospecting: Develop and retain a portfolio of professional clients: electricians, home automation integrators, property developers, etc. - Technical Advice: Present and recommend technical solutions adapted to clients’ projects (home automation, intercom, alarm, IoT, etc.) - Commercial Management: Draft offers, ensure commercial follow-up and support your clients until delivery - Representation: Represent SDDS at trade fairs, training sessions and sector events - Market Monitoring: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our offer through your field feedback - CRM & Reporting: Enter and track all opportunities in our CRM.
Your Profile
- Technical training (electrician CFC, electrotechnics, IT) or commercial with a strong interest in technology - First experience (internship or job) in technical sales, installation or support. - Motivation counts more than experienceExcellent command of French (spoken and written) - Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and a taste for client contact - Curiosity for the connected home, home automation or IT worldAutonomous, organised, comfortable with digital tools - Driving licence (travel within Switzerland)
Appreciated Assets
- Knowledge of home automation protocols (Zigbee, Z-Wave, KNX, Matter) - Experience with Home Assistant, Nice/Fibaro or similar systems - Basic technical English - German (a real plus to also cover German-speaking Switzerland) - Knowledge of ERP Windiz / odoo
