Tasks Digest, apply and constantly question and refine our underwriting principles Process incoming Requests for Quotation from potential customers and partners by creating well tailored quotations for high value yachts Manage the relationships with our most important customers and partners Represent Sealogy at high class industry events and trade shows Monitor market trends and competitor activity Requirements Experience in underwriting ideally in Marine and/or Yacht Insurance Willingness to understand and shape complex technical matters Strong Communicator with a professional demeanor Collaborative team player, comfortable working across departments Interest in the Yachting World Fluent in English and at least one European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Greek or Portuguese) Benefits A key role in a growing international company Attractive compensation and performance bonuses The chance to shape our underwriting philosophy and make a real impact in the industry A collaborative, dynamic and supportive work environment Regular participation in classy events at Europe's most exciting hot-spots Access to the latest technologies and AI tools Questions?
