As part of a newly created role, we are currently tasked with finding a leader to serve as Team Lead Treasury for a steadily growing company in the retail sector.

Potential responsibilities:
- Lead and further develop a Treasury & Payment Operations team, driving performance, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Oversee liquidity management activities, including daily cash positioning and short-term forecasting
- Ensure reliable and scalable payment operations across a high-volume consumer-facing business environment
- Strengthen governance frameworks, risk controls, and compliance standards while supporting efficient operations
- Partner with Technology teams to enhance processes, automate workflows, and improve system capabilities
Your experiences:
- Several years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Payment Operations, ideally within a dynamic and fast-growing organization
- Initial people management experience combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented leadership style
- Strong understanding of liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and operational treasury processes
- Familiarity with ERP platforms, payment infrastructures, and cross-functional collaboration with technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to optimize processes and drive operational excellence through system enhancements and automation initiative
