Engineering Delivery Lead - Remote, Equity & Profit Sharing

SearchApi is seeking an Engineering Manager who will own the delivery end-to-end, enabling the founder to focus on strategy. This role is critical as you will track project status, escalate issues, and improve team delivery. As part of a small, lean team, you will help optimize processes using real data and support high standards without micromanaging. You should be comfortable managing incidents and capable of conveying clear decisions in writing. The position offers equity and profit sharing, and you can work fully remotely.
