Working Student - AI & Information Management (m/f/d)

We are building up our AI capability and modernising how information and data are managed across the Searenergy Group. You will work directly with our AI Lead at the intersection of two connected areas: our internal AI programme and the information management services we provide to offshore wind projects. You will be close to real decisions and project implementation, and your input will help shape what we build.

As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

• You support the identification and implementation of new AI use cases by working closely with our teams, from initial interviews to final documentation.
• You contribute to key topics in information management and data governance, helping to define data structures and ensure high data quality.
• You assist in developing proofs of concept and initial pilots for AI applications, where you can apply your practical Python knowledge.
• You take responsibility for maintaining our AI use case register and ensure that all related documentation is consistently kept up-to-date.
• You prepare and follow up on team meetings and workshops by creating agendas, preparing materials, and tracking action items.
• You provide organisational support for the AI programme, becoming a reliable and integral part of the team's daily workflow.

The salary range (gross annual salary) for this position is between €14 and €17.

• You are currently enrolled in a degree programme such as Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable field
• You have a basic understanding of programming, for example in Python or a comparable language, as well as an interest in working with data and databases
• You are interested in AI, information management and data-related topics and would like to understand how these are applied in a business environment
• You have very good written and spoken English skills
• You approach tasks in a structured and reliable way and are comfortable familiarising yourself with new topics and asking questions when needed
• You enjoy collaborating with colleagues from different professional backgrounds and contributing to both technical and organisational topics
