- Release Planning
- Develop and maintain release plans, timelines, dependencies, and environment availability
- Release Coordination
- Coordinate releases across multiple teams, projects, and suppliers
- Stakeholder Management
- Lead release meetings, resolve blockers, and manage delivery risks
- Traceability Management
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing to deployment
- Coordinate deployments across SIT, UAT, and other project environments
- Release Monitoring
- Monitor release KPIs and prepare status, risk, and milestone reporting
- Readiness Management
- Support release readiness assessments and capture lessons learned
Requirements
- Release Management
- Proven experience as a Release Manager in complex transformation projects
- IT Project Delivery
- 8+ years of experience in IT project delivery within complex organisations
- Multi-Project Releases
- Experience managing multi-project release trains across SIT and UAT cycles
- SDLC Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Release Tools
- Experience with release and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Banking Knowledge
- Good understanding of banking, private banking environments, and financial products
- Stakeholder Management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across teams
- Organisation & Delivery
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, highly organised, and fluent in English
