Head of CRM Application Development (m/f/d)
Location: Neu-Isenburg | Area: IT | Contract type: Full time / part time possible
This role puts you at the heart of SEB Kort Group’s transformation into Europe’s leading corporate payment platform. You’ll lead a cross-border CRM engineering team, shape future CRM capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and drive strategic direction together with the Channels & CRM Engineering leadership team.
Your tasks
- Lead the CRM Application Development team across Sweden and Germany
- Drive strategic direction, innovation, and development of CRM capabilities for the team
- Lead, coach and empower developers and business experts to grow and succeed
- Ensure stable IT asset ownership, lifecycle, risk and budget management
- Promote efficient processes, continuous improvement and modern engineering practices while creating a collaborative and trusting atmosphere
- Align with agile teams and engage stakeholders across markets to support shared priorities and effective delivery
Your qualification
- Experience in leading people, formally or informally, with strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to lead through change, ambiguity and cross-border collaboration
- Solid technical understanding and a strong business mindset
- Experience with CRM applications; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across organizational and cultural boundaries
- Fluent in English; Swedish or German is a plus
