Program Manager Airbus (m/f/d)
Location: Neu-Isenburg | Area: Sales | Contract type: Full time / part time possible
Airbus is one of our top customers - we are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to drive and coordinate client specific strategic projects forward and establish a close relationship with all stakeholders within the customer on an operational perspective.
Your tasks
- Main interface next to the Global Key Account Manager for clients projects
- Consulting of the client with regards product usage to ensure fast customer success, but also support in implementation of lean processes and projects
- Ensuring smooth roll outs of card programs incl. status report and escalation where required
- Regular feedback to customer on higher-level through quarterly business reviews to share updates on projects
- Ensuring smooth payment processes & adequate limits.
- Set up customized reporting based on AirPlus data base and other sources in alignment with client
- Escalate critical issues to the Global Key Account Manager
- Orchestration of end-to-end processes with third party providers
- Project & Implementation Management for new and adapted processes with the client and their respective service providers
- Analysis of problems, identification of possible solutions and their internal and external presentation
- Maintaining a global overview of the client
- Frequent calls with the customers & stakeholders
- Maintain a close relationship and work dynamic between internal stakeholders (Strategic Coordinators, Customer Service, Technical teams, Limit, Collection and Recovery, …)
Your qualification
- An academic qualification at graduate level e.g. Bachelor degree is desirable
- 2-3 years experience in a multinational Sales Support or outstanding performance in an international Customer Service area, preferably in Business Travel Management
- Analytical skills for reporting as well as creativity to design new processes are a plus
- Ability to build high level relationship at senior levels (Global Travel Managers, Project Leaders, Global Travel Agencies) and operational departments
- Self-confident & ability to present to an external audience
- Assess and analyze complex situation with a problem-solver mindset
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
