Your role as Clinical Specialist

Deliver on-site and remote clinical support to healthcare professionals during product installation and use

Provide hands-on training to medical staff, ensuring best practices and safe operation of devices

Partner with commercial teams to support product demonstrations, address clinical queries, and drive adoption

Gather practical insights from users and feed them back to internal teams to help improve products and training materials

Keep informed on relevant clinical practices, market trends, and regulatory developments

Assist with clinical evaluations and studies in collaboration with internal regulatory and R&D teams

Represent the business at key medical congresses, workshops, and customer events across the region
Experience and qualifications for the Clinical Specialist role

A degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline

1-3 years\‘ experience in a clinical, healthcare, or medical device setting

Sound knowledge of medical procedures and familiarity with hospital environments and workflows

Confident presenting to clinical audiences, with the ability to explain technical or clinical concepts clearly

Fluent in both German and English; other languages a plus

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and familiar with clinical or diagnostic software

Willing and able to travel frequently within the region for hospital visits, training sessions, and events
