Your role as Clinical Specialist

• Deliver on-site and remote clinical support to healthcare professionals during product installation and use

• Provide hands-on training to medical staff, ensuring best practices and safe operation of devices

• Partner with commercial teams to support product demonstrations, address clinical queries, and drive adoption

• Gather practical insights from users and feed them back to internal teams to help improve products and training materials

• Keep informed on relevant clinical practices, market trends, and regulatory developments

• Assist with clinical evaluations and studies in collaboration with internal regulatory and R&D teams

• Represent the business at key medical congresses, workshops, and customer events across the region

Experience and qualifications for the Clinical Specialist role

• A degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline

• 1-3 years\‘ experience in a clinical, healthcare, or medical device setting

• Sound knowledge of medical procedures and familiarity with hospital environments and workflows

• Confident presenting to clinical audiences, with the ability to explain technical or clinical concepts clearly

• Fluent in both German and English; other languages a plus

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and familiar with clinical or diagnostic software

• Willing and able to travel frequently within the region for hospital visits, training sessions, and events
