TAVI Trainer – Medical Devices (Structural Heart)

As they expand across global markets, there\’s a growing need for experienced clinical training professionals who can help ensure physicians are confident and competent in using their Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) system. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in patient care-through education, support, and expert guidance.
Your role as TAVI Trainer

Lead high-quality training programs for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of TAVI devices, including workshops, simulation labs, and online modules

Deliver expert clinical support during live procedures, guiding best practice use of the device and helping improve procedural outcomes

Act as a subject matter expert in TAVI, staying current with technology developments and integrating new insights into training content

Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and work collaboratively to refine training methods and content

Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards across all education initiatives

Partner with internal sales, marketing, and clinical teams to align training with product strategy and positioning

Represent the company at relevant medical conferences, symposia, and industry events
Experience and qualifications for the TAVI Trainer role

A degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field

5-8 years\‘ experience in clinical education or medical device training, ideally within cardiovascular or structural heart therapy areas

Strong understanding of TAVI procedures, interventional cardiology workflows, and cardiac anatomy

Confident in delivering technical information clearly to surgeons, interventional cardiologists, and clinical teams

Track record of supporting healthcare professionals in high-pressure clinical settings

Comfortable building rapport with physicians and working in cross-functional environments

Fluent English required; additional European languages beneficial

Willing and able to travel internationally for up to 70% of the time
