For a maternity leave (September to End of April 2026), we are looking for an After Sales Assistant to work at 60% rate (CDD) in our headquarters in Satigny, Geneva.
The ideal candidate will have a
technical background
or prior experience in
After Sales Service
for
industrial or electronic products , ideally in a
B2B (Business‑to‑Business)
environment.
Main responsibilities:
Receiving defective industrial/electronic products and forwarding them to suppliers (following process in Oracle).
Edition of RMA, supplier’s PO, quotes for repair, sales orders in Oracle.
Follow‑up of repairs with suppliers.
Follow‑up of repairs in all service centers – Reporting to your manager.
Follow‑up of quality issues with product and quality managers.
Follow technical requests on ticket platform and assign tickets.
Contact with suppliers.
Contact with customers about the repair status.
For technical requests from customers, be in contact with dedicated engineers from Geneva & Prague.
Support Project Managers and Sales Managers.
Inventory of after sales stock in December.
Order material from Prague or from external suppliers including shipment preparation.
Requirements
Previous experience in
After Sales Service , ideally in the
industrial or electronics sector .
A
technical background
or similar experience in servicing electronic products is a strong asset.
Experience in a
B2B environment
is a plus.
Proficiency in Oracle is a real advantage.
Fluent in
French and English
(both written and spoken).
Good command of
Excel
and general
Microsoft Office
tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
