We offer attractive career development opportunities, continuous learning, and professional training programs.Your Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for the technical, schedule-related, and commercial execution of switchgear projects, from planning through to on-site commissioning.Supervision as well as technical and organizational leadership of DC power supply systems within the Sécheron Hasler Group, from the planning phase through to commissioning on site.Acting as the main interface between customers across Germany and the international project team.Technical coordination with design, engineering, and commissioning teams.Procurement and management of subcontracted services and subcontractors. Coordination of customer factory acceptance tests (FAT) at the Prague facility and site acceptance activities at construction sites.Quality management, including the assessment, monitoring, and documentation of project risks, as well as the implementation of mitigation measures.Schedule planning, cost estimation, project controlling, and reporting to department management.Customer relationship management, claim management, and change management.RequirementsUniversity degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification. Alternatively: further education as a State-Certified Technician or Master Electrician with proven project management experience. Knowledge of switchgear design, electrical plant construction (medium-/high-voltage systems), protection systems, and ideally secondary engineering. Prior experience as a Project Manager is desired.Excellent communication and commercial skills.Experience in leading project teams, contract management, claim management, and billing/progress payment procedures.Proven ability to coordinate project phases professionally and on schedule, including tender preparation, project planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and final acceptance.You are characterized by a highly independent, flexible, and reliable working style and can perform effectively under pressure.
