Ideally, you are based in Hamburg, but remote work is also possible (Germany-based residency required).Your creative fieldIn this role, you support our customers as an expert in at least two of the following compliance domains:Data Protection / Privacy (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG)Information Security (ISO 27001, TISAX, SOC2)Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)Emerging digital regulations:NIS2 (cybersecurity & governance)DORA (operational resilience)EU AI Act (AI governance & documentation)You will guide customers in implementing, operating and improving their compliance frameworks and help shape our Digital Compliance Office (DCO) with your expertise.Your responsibilities: depending on your background, you will work in two or more of the following areas:1. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR)Advising customers on GDPR-compliant governance structures (RoPA, TOMs, DPIAs, DSMS)Supporting privacy audits, assessments and readiness checks2. Information Security (ISO 27001 / TISAX / SOC2)Supporting customers in building and operating ISMSGuiding ISO 27001/TISAX readiness, remediation and auditsConducting gap analyses and maturity assessments3. Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)Supporting implementation, documentation and continuous improvement of QMSAdvising customers on audits and conformity requirements4. Emerging Regulations (NIS2, DORA, AI Act)Advising customers on governance, risk management and documentation obligationsSupporting the setup of processes required for regulatory readinessHelping design AI governance frameworks aligned with the EU AI Act5.
