SECTR Partners has partnered with a leading water and wastewater treatment solutions (chemicals & equipment) provider to recruit a Technical Service Engineer to support industrial customers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site water testing and monitor treatment performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment and support maintenance, installation and commissioning.
- Help customers optimise the efficiency and reliability of their water treatment systems.
- Build strong customer relationships through hands-on technical support.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and service.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or an equivalent discipline.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently at customer sites.
