- Field Training Officer (FTO)
- Reports to: Campus Security Manager
We are looking for an experienced Field Training Officer to join our global data centre security programme.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering onboarding, sustainment, and role-specific training to security personnel, ensuring high standards of training, compliance, safety, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for security personnel.
- Train, assess, and certify new security officers.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Track training completion and identify training gaps.
- Support training audits and compliance requirements.
- Partner with site and regional leadership to develop training plans.
- Promote safety awareness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Travel between sites as required.
About You
- Experience in security, business management, and/or training.
- Experience delivering training and developing employees.
- Data centre experience is preferred.
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Share Point.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment.
