Security Patrol Officer (part-time, m/f/d)

Night surveillance and patrols of buildings through irregular external and internal checks - Ensuring public safety during operating hours - Liaising with the site operational services - Ensuring the smooth running of the mission - Detection and reporting of any irregularities observed and writing service reports - Identification and elimination of sources of danger - Handling technical and detection installations - Checks on persons - Regular communication with the control centre
What you bring:
- Apprenticeship or equivalent/higher training - At least 6 months’ experience in patrol or private security work in the canton of Geneva - Resident of Geneva or within 20 minutes of the control centre preferred - Swiss nationality, C permit, B permit with authorised gainful employment (for more than 2 years if third-country national) or EU/EFTA national - Very good spoken and written French - Impeccable character (checks of criminal records, financial registers, certificate of civil capacity and any past or ongoing criminal proceedings) - Mobility (category B driving licence and own motorised vehicle) - Excellent anticipation and interpersonal skills, diplomacy and self-confidence - Excellent presentation and knowledge of Geneva’s layout
