We are currently looking for a motivated Administrative Officer for 3 datacenters of a well-known global client in Vienna & Schwechat Serve as the principal assistant to the Security Team Manager in providing security services and related operations to the data center.

* Serve as the primary point of contact to data center Management and security personnel with the Security Team Manager is unavailable. * Assist with training and certification for all new security personnel at the request of the Field TrainingOfficer and maintain required training documentation at the data center. * Ensure all security personnel adhere to policies and Standard Operations Procedures. * Act as Screener, Screening Supervisor, Responder or Control Room Supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff. * Maintain and troubleshoot on-site security technology. * Assist with scheduling, site equipment inspections, and audit compliance at the datacenter and potentially sister sites as needed. * Conduct recurring audits and prepare and submit critical and confidential information directly to
