Product Support (m/f/d) Security Management Systems – Achern Reference Number: 2026-28 The following challenges await you As a product specialist for our central management system, you’ll be the key person when it comes to integrating and further developing our security solutions. You’ll ensure that all our systems work together seamlessly, are always reliable, and are up to date. Your Responsibilities: You will manage and optimize our management systems and ensure that all components work together harmoniously. When technical issues arise, you’re our problem-solver: You analyze the situation, identify the root cause, and ensure that our customers are fully protected. You’re responsible for providing both technical support and consulting to the sales teams and customers, and you assist with the implementation of new systems. As the link between engineering and sales, you’ll actively collaborate with our departments to find the best solutions for our customers. What’s important to us A completed vocational training program in electrical engineering or IT. You have the ability to understand complex systems and work in a solution-oriented manner. You can explain technical concepts clearly and have strong communication skills—both within the team and when interacting directly with customers. You enjoy working primarily in the office and are willing to support our colleagues or customers on-site when needed. Excellent German language skills and, ideally, good English skills round out your profile.
