Your tasks
In close cooperation with the Global Chief Compliance Officer / Global Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Responsibility for the design, implementation, maintenance and review of the SEEBURGER Group’s global sustainability management system
- Central contact person for the topic of sustainability
- Project manager for the implementation of sustainability reporting
- Active involvement in strategic decisions relating to sustainability aspects
- Raising awareness of sustainability among employees and managers
- Assumption of certain tasks in connection with the global compliance management system of the SEEBURGER Group
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of sustainability, business administration, compliance, business law or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in the field of sustainability or GRC an advantage
- Good communication skills with interpersonal skills
- A high degree of integrity, loyalty and resilience
- Structured, process- and solution-orientated way of working, sense of pragmatism
- Excellent command of German and English language
