Tasks

Join our innovative team as Gen AI Solutions Engineer , where you'll be at the forefront of designing, building, and deploying AI-driven solutions that meet our customers' needs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who can also understand and align AI solutions with business objectives. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic group of engineers, data scientists, and product developers to build intelligent systems that drive our mission forward. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to identify AI needs and design innovative, tailored solutions leveraging LLMs, cloud platforms, and cutting-edge technologies.
• Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to meet specific business needs.
• Implement and fine-tune advanced algorithms and tools, adapting them to project-specific requirements.
• Develop Python-based AI solutions using around open- and closed source models such as Metas Llama-3.1-80B or OpenAIs GPT 4o, via API or in custom deployments
• Deploy AI models into production, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and continuous monitoring post-deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and software engineers, to align AI initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Work closely with our software engineers in integrating your AI solutions into customer-facing applications.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring technical excellence while aligning with business goals.
• Stay updated with the latest AI research and trends, experimenting with new techniques and tools to enhance AI capabilities.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of AI models, processes, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related STEM field.
• Proven experience in a technical AI role, ideally with customer interaction.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
• Experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQL).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI deployment.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English. Optional in German as well but not mandatory for this position.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets to ensure high-quality data input for AI models.
• Familiarity with LangChain for building robust, scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Zapier or MS PowerAutomate.
