You are responsible for building and operating our commercial growth engine that shapes our G2M strategy; how to generate demand, accelerate deal conversion, and enable decision making at C-suite level.
Growth Execution:
You operate at the center of the commercial unit, designing and orchestrating the execution of our growth initiatives, directly influencing our most strategic deals.
Pipeline Growth:
You accelerate our sales pipeline development and conversion by determining where we play and how we build market access to clients and decision-makers.
Market Activation:
You own and deliver the in-market execution activating high-impact channels such as events, industry alliances, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Team & Alignment:
You lead a high-performing team and orchestrate cross‑functional execution to ensure a consistent, focused, and outcome‑driven approach to growth, working alongside all key functions: sales, product, advisory, policy, and marketing.
External Impact:
You represent Climeworks Solutions externally at events, building and strengthening industry relations and identifying new opportunities that drive measurable commercial impact.

B2B growth experience:

You have strong commercial instinct sharpened by analytical rigor. You can identify new growth areas, market signals, prioritize and focus action on high ROI activities.
Execution track record:
You have a track record in building and scaling initiatives and campaigns from design to in‑market implementation.
Cross‑functional leadership:
You align and mobilize cross‑functional teams, you have strong influencing skills and clarity of thinking. You have a bias for action with a strong “get things done” mindset.
Communication excellence:
You are fluent in English. You are an inspiring speaker and comfortable with public presentations. You can craft clear, engaging and structured narratives.

At Climeworks, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on the level of seniority and the location‑specific market median of similar jobs according to external benchmark surveys. Individual compensation depends on your skills, experience, and the value you bring to the team.
Location and Work Arrangement This position is based in Opfikon, Zurich, and we ask that you work onsite at least three days per week.
