Responsibility for the smooth operation of the restaurant and hotel bar
Leading, motivating, training and scheduling the service team
Coordinating daily service operations and working closely with the kitchen, front office and other departments
Ensuring a warm, professional guest experience and maintaining our high service and quality standards
Active involvement in daily operations, including the coordination of groups, events and special occasions
Providing expert advice on wine and beverages and contributing to the development of our offering
Handling guest feedback and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Ensuring cleanliness, organisation and compliance with hygiene and HACCP standards
Supporting purchasing, stock management and the efficient use of goods and resources
Close cooperation with the existing Restaurant Manager and the management team
Qualifications
Completed training in the hotel or catering industry
Several years of experience in a comparable position
Strong leadership, team spirit and strong host qualities
Excellent communication and organizational skillsWell-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility, even at peak times
