Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and expanding European business, being able to accurately understand the background, industry, and purchasing needs of customers.负责开发和拓展欧洲业务，能够准确掌握客户的背景、行业和采购需求；
• Responsible for collecting European market information, deeply exploring various application fields, mining data, and analyzing market conditions.负责搜集欧洲的信息，深耕各个应用领域，挖掘数据和分析市场行情；
• Deeply understand customer needs, provide local services, and develop sales networks.深入了解客户需求，提供本地化服务，发展销售网络；
• Develop efficient customer visit plans, conduct face – to – face marketing with customers, and independently complete company introductions and product demonstrations.制定高效的客户拜访计划，与客户面对面营销，独自完成介绍公司和产品展示

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience.本科及以上学历
• At least three years of international trade work experience, with experience in the display industry, such as LED / LCD..三年及以上国际贸易工作经验，具备显示行业经验，如LED/LCD
• Have a certain understanding of overseas social media promotion.对海外社媒推广有一定的认知
• Be able to use data to analyze market trends and mine potential customers. For exhibition customers, have a detailed follow – up plan and the enthusiasm to close orders.能够运用数据分析市场趋势和挖掘潜在客户，对于展会客户，有详尽的跟进计划和促成订单的积极性
• Be optimistic, self – motivated, and have strong communication and learning abilities.乐观积极，自驱力强，沟通及学习能力强。
