We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer (m/f/d) to help us shape the future of digital sales systems.
WHAT WILL YOU DOOperation & further development of central systems Responsibility for the stable operation and further development of the product configurator as well as support of the CRM system and its interfaces.
Requirements & solution management Recording requirements together with business analysts and product owners and developing optimal technical solutions.
Technical implementation & quality assurance Participation in development, testing, bug fixing, and monitoring as well as maintenance of the relevant documentation.
Service, incident & vendor management Handling incidents and service requests according to ITIL standards in Service Now and managing external service providers.
Project work & agile further development Driving projects for the digitization and optimization of sales processes and implementation using agile methods such as SCRUM.
