Job Description

• Leading a team in charge of the Project Management Office for an automotive industrial project, managing 2 to 6 manufacturing engineers engaged in logistics and process engineering.
• Implementing and fine-tuning a Project Management toolkit to meet customer needs, reporting on Quality, Cost, and Lead time at senior levels, providing decision-making support, and leading a team of manufacturing engineers.

Project/customer interface

• Represent Segula in high-level project meetings, demonstrating business acumen and trustworthiness.
• Understand project challenges and translate them into clear scope requirements.
• Proactively suggest and advocate for new ideas.

Project planning

• Anticipate upcoming milestones.
• Identify success conditions and plan accordingly.
• Escalate roadblocks.
• Track deliverables progress.
• Report on project trackers.

Quality, cost & delivery control

• Monitor team scope cost assumptions.
• Create and improve standards and procedures.
• Drive project engineers to collect data for case studies.
• Compile technical lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Automotive project management experience essential.
• Automotive manufacturing experience essential.
• Material planning knowledge essential.
• CNC machining knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in German.
