- Manage logistic and warehouse supplier's daily spare parts operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory and order fulfillment.
- Ensure spare parts availability and delivery in service partners.
- Maintain accurate and timely inbound, outbound and inventory records in WMS/ERP systems, and improve system/process alignment with IT and logistics teams.
- Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and stock levels, support cycle counts, stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Ensure warehouse operations follow company standards, identify operational issues and support continuous improvement of logistics processes.
- Support other spare parts logistics and warehouse-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse logistics, spare parts logistics or inventory operations; European experience preferred.
- Familiar with WMS or ERP systems; experience with SAP, Salesforce and/or EDI is a plus.
- Good understanding of inbound/outbound operations, inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Detail-oriented and hands‑on, with strong coordination and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to work effectively with warehouses, service partners and cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; German or other European languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel when required; a valid European driving license is preferred.
