A leading global investment bank is seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Associate to join its Capital Structure Advisory team in Frankfurt . This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact mandates across debt advisory , leveraged finance , and private credit , supporting clients through complex capital structure decisions and strategic financing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and lead the execution of debt advisory and capital raising mandates, including refinancings, recapitalizations, and acquisition financings.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess capital structure alternatives, covenant capacity, and debt sizing.
• Conduct market and credit analysis across leveraged finance and private credit landscapes.
• Prepare client-facing materials including information memoranda, management presentations, and lender documentation.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage communication with clients, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior team members on business development and cross-border transaction execution.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking , debt advisory , leveraged finance , or a related field.
• Strong technical foundation with advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Deep understanding of capital structure dynamics , credit markets, and private debt instruments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and counterparties.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Frankfurt .
