The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their Industrials M&A team in Frankfurt. This is a unique opportunity to work in a lean, entrepreneurial team with strong deal flow and a focus on cross-border middle-market transactions. You will be involved in executing complex M&A and LBO transactions, with direct exposure to senior bankers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of M&A transactions in the Industrials sector
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence
• Prepare client presentations and marketing materials
• Support origination and sector research initiatives
• Collaborate with global colleagues across the Industrials platform

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5years of experience in investment banking, ideally with a focus on middle-market sell-side M&A
• Strong LBO modeling and transaction execution experience
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential
• Demonstrated interest or experience in the Industrials sector
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
