Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or Big 4 corporate finance/M&A, with strong analytical skills and a passion for finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and valuations using standard techniques such as the Income and Market Approach
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support valuation and investment decisions
• Collect and analyse performance data from various sources, including portfolio companies and third-party service providers
• Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for investment committees, boards, and auditors
• Assist in the integration of valuation tools and systems, streamlining processes and improving efficiency
• Manage relationships with auditors and vendors, ensuring compliance and timely sign-off on deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely valuation services

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or Big 4 corporate finance/M&A
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
