Business Lawyer (m/f/d)

The Role
As a Business Lawyer in the Legal & Compliance team, you will play a key role in advising on legal documentation and regulatory matters that impact the company\’s operations across Europe and beyond. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, contribute to cross-border projects, and help shape the legal framework supporting a wide range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on regulatory issues and legal documentation
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, for different financial products.
• Support the business on legal aspects of new product launches and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across legal, compliance, and business teams globally
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business

Your Profile

• Legal background with experience in the financial services industry or with mandates in that sector
• Understanding of financial regulations and legal documentation practices
• Strong interest in legal topics within the financial industry
• Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus
• A passion for financial products and innovation is highly valued
