Job Summary / Key Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring timely , accurate and professional responses.
Support the on-boarding of new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing investors and distribution partners.
Work cross-functionally with client services, product, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, performance and investment teams across Europe.
Coordinate client presentations, marketing materials, and RFP submissions.
Maintain Salesforce CRM records and provide reporting and market insights.
Monitor client activity, fund flows, and reporting processes.
Support platform relationships and product on-boarding activities.
Assist with distribution agreements, due diligence, and client on-boarding processes.
Help deliver client events, webinars, roadshows, and round-tables.
Conduct market research and prepare intelligence reports.
Oversee local office coordination and administration responsibilities.
Required Skills Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related disciplines.
Fluent German and English language skills.
Experience supporting clients, sales teams, or distribution activities within financial services.
