Position: Working Capital Solutions Specialist – VP/Director

Are you ready to elevate your career in finance with a Global European Bank? Our client is looking to hire a Working Capital Solutions Specialist at the VP/Director level in their Frankfurt office, where innovation and excellence are at the heart of everything they do.

Your Role:

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Originate, Structure, and Execute Transactions: Lead the creation, structuring, and execution of new transactions within the Working Capital Finance domain, including Supply Chain Finance, Borrowing Base Finance/Inventory Finance, and Structured Receivable Finance, with a focus on clients across the DACH region, particularly Switzerland.
• Build and Leverage Networks: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Managers and other client-facing team members to effectively promote the Working Capital Finance product suite and uncover new client opportunities.
• Conduct Working Capital Analysis: Perform thorough working capital analyses for both existing and prospective clients, contributing to the development and enhancement of product solutions aimed at driving business growth.
• Collaborate with Asset Finance Team: Work closely with the Asset Finance team to ensure that relevant business opportunities are identified and pursued effectively, maximizing the value of cross-functional collaboration within the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-10 years‘ experience in working capital solutions with a strong track record in Supply Chain Finance, Inventory and Borrowing-Based Finance, Trade Receivables Finance.
• Relationships: Established networks of DACH and Nordic clients withing Mid to large Cap space.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial products, working capital management, and market dynamics.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and drive a team.
• Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building influential client relationships.
• Languages: Fluency in German and English is essential.
