This is our role Product Manager for those who value interaction with customers, understand risk management and can streamline chaotic processes in a couple of meetings.

• Build and implement product strategies consistent with the company’s vision in the team
• Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end product
• Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap within your team that are aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Conduct discovery with prospects
• Proactively work closely with Customer Success, Product Design, and key customers to understand how our solution can support their needs and help them succeed
• Develop prototypes to test your hypothesis with key customers
• Define product success metrics and execute against them
• Develop a deep understanding of the SEO and Digital Marketing market and our customers
• Work with Data Scientists to decrease the time the customer spends interpreting data and replace repetitive workflows with smart insights

Product & Development

The name Product & Development (P&D) is self-explanatory. More than 50 teams are involved in the creation and development of Semrush products.

In every location, the team set-up looks similar: the Product Owner is responsible for the tool development strategy. Then there are Backend, Frontend, or Fullstack developers, and a QA Engineer.

However, there are frequent exceptions. For example, some teams may include a Data Scientist or a DevOps Engineer, other teams–a Scrum Master.

The P&D team has bases in all our European locations: Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Cyprus, Serbia, and Armenia.
