Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and hands on Finance person. The person will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the company. This role requires a dynamic person with a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive financial performance in a manufacturing environment.

• Financial Strategy and Planning :
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support thecompany\’s growth and profitability goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executiveteam based on financial analysis and projections.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports,budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage all aspects of the company\’s financial operations,including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financialregulations and standards.
• Oversee cash flow management, capital allocation, andinvestment strategies.
• Identify and manage financial risks, including currency,credit, and operational risks.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls andfinancial procedures.
• Ensure the company\’s financial practices are in line withstatutory regulations and legislation.
• Cross Functional support and Process improvement :
• Collaborate with other department heads to support overallcompany objectives and initiatives.
• Drive the implementation of financial systems and processes toimprove efficiency and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Communication :
• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial matterswith external stakeholders such as auditors and banks.
• Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives tothe board of directors and shareholder / parent company.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersto support the company\’s financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldand a CPA. Additionally, MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at leastyears in a senior financial leadership role.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry is highlydesirable.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accountingstandards.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communicationskills.
• Proficiency in financial softwares and SAP
• Fluent in both English and German
